DNI Emerging Technologies LLC will move forward with a $68 million contract to provide the US Army with systems engineering and program management support services, the US Court of Federal Claims said.
Protester Bowhead Enterprise, Science and Technology LLC didn’t show that an organized conflict of interest required disqualifying DNI, Judge Armando O. Bonilla said in an opinion made public Wednesday. Bonilla granted the government’s and DNI’s motions for judgment on the administrative record.
DNI’s contract requires supporting the Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications and Network, which is headquartered at Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland.
