Kristin Boggiano joined DLA Piper as a partner in its financial regulatory and technology practice in New York, the firm announced Thursday.
Boggiano works on structuring complex transactions, digital asset offerings, trading, and lending. She also collaborates with global regulatory authorities on shaping the legal landscape of financial innovation, the firm said.
She joins from CrossTower, where she was founder, president, and chief legal officer.
