John Frantz joined DLA Piper as a partner in its telecom practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Frantz’ practice includes leading telecommunications regulatory compliance initiatives, navigating regulatory disputes, and negotiating complex commercial agreements and content licensing deals and settlements, the firm said.
He joins from Verizon, where he was senior vice president and general counsel for Verizon Business Group.
