Frances Mosley joined DLA Piper as a partner in its corporate practice in Palo Alto, Calif., the firm announced Thursday.
Mosley’s practice focuses on transactional and corporate matters, with an emphasis on life sciences and health care. She advises startups and venture investors on corporate issues, board governance, operations, securities law compliance, venture capital and debt financings, and mergers and acquisitions, the firm said.
