DLA Piper Recruits Structured Finance Partner Nadelman

Cary Nadelman joined DLA Piper as a partner in its structured finance practice in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.

Nadelman focuses on the securitization of traditional and non-traditional assets with an emphasis on arrangers and asset managers on all aspects of broadly syndicated and middle market CLO transactions. He has more than 20 years of experience with other asset classes including commercial mortgage-backed securities, marketplace loans, asset-backed commercial paper conduits, and collateralized debt obligations, the firm said.

He joins from Chapman and Cutler, where he became a partner last year.
