DLA Piper Recruits Shaobin Zhu as Patent Litigation Partner

Shaobin Zhu joined DLA Piper as a partner in its patent litigation practice in Seattle, the firm announced Nov. 19.

Zhu represents clients in the technology industry, advising on intellectual property litigation in US district courts and Section 337 investigations at the US International Trade Commission, the firm said.

He works with all aspects of IP litigation, including formulating litigation strategies, coordinating US and China teams to execute strategies, and conducting patent validity and infringement analysis.
