Oliver Wright has joined DLA Piper as a partner on the project and energy team within the finance group in New York, the firm said Thursday.
Wright focuses his practice on mining and metals, and energy transactions, according to DLA Piper.
He represents clients in relation to deal structuring, investment risks, joint venture management, and relations with host country governments, said the firm.
