DLA Piper Recruits Palachuk for Real Estate Practice in Seattle

Geoffrey Palachuk joined DLA Piper as a partner in its real estate practice in Seattle, the firm announced Thursday.

Palachuk advises clients on complex contract negotiations, project delivery, risk mitigation, and claim resolution. He also manages construction disputes across the country and works on projects including public infrastructure, data centers, mixed-use developments, convention centers, semiconductor plants, fulfillment centers, public schools, universities, and renewable energy facilities, the firm said.

He previously was at Perkins Coie, according to his LinkedIn profile.
