Jennifer Wnek has joined DLA Piper as a partner with the project and energy practice in Philadelphia, the firm said Thursday.
Wnek advises clients on the acquisition, disposition, and financing of energy transition projects and businesses, according to DLA Piper.
She led the legal department for the renewables, gas and electric commodity trading, generation, transportation, and other non-utility business of a publicly traded energy holding company, DLA Piper said.
