Andrés Loera joined DLA Piper as a partner in its finance practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Loera joins from Linklaters LLP, where he was counsel. He advises global investment banks, commercial banks, and private credit direct lending funds in their role as lead arrangers and administrative agents on sponsor-backed acquisition financings, according to DLA Piper.
