Josh Seidenfeld joined DLA Piper as chair of the firm’s Northern California corporate and securities practice in Palo Alto, the firm announced Monday.
Seidenfeld serves as a strategic counselor to life sciences and technology companies, guiding enterprises across the full corporate life cycle from seed stage through venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. He has led hundreds of financings for high-growth companies at the forefront of biotechnology, AI, therapeutics, pharmaceuticals, climate tech, digital health, medical technology, cybersecurity, and software, the firm said.
Seidenfeld joins from Cooley LLP, where he led the firm’s digital health group.
