Amanda Gill joined DLA Piper as a partner in its corporate practice in New York, the firm announced.
Gill will advise public and private companies on high-stakes mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the life sciences and technology sectors. Her experience also includes divestitures, tender offers, joint ventures, cross-border transactions, minority and control investments, carve-outs, shareholder activism, financial advisory, and other general corporate governance matters. In addition to companies, she counsels boards of directors, special committees, and investment banks.
