DLA Piper Names Andrew Westgate Project & Energy Partner in NY

Andrew Westgate has joined DLA Piper as a partner with the project and energy practice in New York, the firm said Tuesday.

Westgate focuses on carbon credits and other environmental credits such as regulatory advice, commercial contracts, and structures for investment in the carbon space, according to DLA Piper.

He served as in-house counsel for a carbon hedge fund, where he was lead counsel for carbon credit matters, DLA Piper said.
