DLA Piper Nabs Ex-Banco Security Lawyer for Chile Finance Team

Ignacio Delpino joined DLA Piper as a partner in its finance practice in Chile, the firm announced Monday.

Delpino focuses on structured, bilateral, and syndicated financings, domestic and cross-border capital markets, derivatives and ISDA documentation, and complex banking and financial regulatory advice. He will work with financial institutions, funds, and insurers across the world, support existing clients, and collaborate with colleagues on finance-adjacent areas such as projects and energy, corporate mergers and acquisitions, insurance, and disputes, the firm said.

He most recently served as a general counsel and secretary of the board at Banco Security.
