Jonathan Rose has joined DLA Piper as a partner in the employment practice in Washington, DC, the law firm said Thursday.
Rose focuses on matters involving the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and related employment litigation, advising plan sponsors and fiduciaries of qualified and non-qualified pension and welfare benefit plans on complying with fiduciary duties of plan assets, according to DLA Piper.
He has also represented clients in government investigations and Title I issues, DLA Piper said.
