Venera Ziegler has joined DLA Piper as a partner in its investment funds practice in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
Ziegler advises sponsors of private equity funds and hybrid funds on structuring, formation, restructuring, and regulatory compliance issues, according to DLA Piper.
She also advises sponsors and their personnel on economic sharing arrangements and employment and separation agreements, the firm said.
