Michael Dorf joined DLA Piper as a partner in its corporate practice in San Francisco, the firm announced May 26.
Dorf focuses on public and private M&A transactions, carve-outs, venture capital financings, strategic investments, and joint ventures. He counsels public and private companies, sovereign wealth funds, and corporate venture capital investors across semiconductors, software, biotech, and other industries, the firm said.
He joins from A&O Shearman, according to his LinkedIn profile.
