Robert Klyman has joined DLA Piper as global co-chair and US co-chair of the firm’s restructuring practice in Los Angeles, the firm said Tuesday.
Klyman advises companies, lenders, acquirers and boards of directors in restructurings and workouts, according to DLA Piper.
He advises companies and key stakeholders in complicated workouts, including structuring mergers and acquisitions, and negotiating rescue and bankruptcy financings, said the firm.
