DLA Piper Adds Wortley as Cross-Border Capital Markets Partner

Stephen Wortley has joined DLA Piper as a partner in the cross-border capital markets practice in Vancouver and New York, the firm said Monday.

Wortley, a capital markets and M&A practitioner, focuses on domestic and international securities and corporate matters, according to DLA Piper.

He has experience with local, national, and international securities offerings, listings on the TSX and TSX Venture Exchange and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, and outbound M&A transactions from China into Canada, DLA Piper said.
