DLA Piper Adds Sebastian Goslar as Corporate Partner in Germany

Sebastian Goslar joined DLA Piper as a partner in its corporate and mergers and acquisitions practice in Dusseldorf, Germany, the firm announced Dec. 11.

Goslar advises listed companies and their board members as well as investors on all aspects of corporate law, corporate governance, restructurings, and M&A, with a focus on public M&A, the firm said.

He joins from Linklaters.
