Sandra Esquiva-Hesse joined DLA Piper as a partner in its global restructuring practice in Paris, the firm announced Monday.
Esquiva-Hesse advises brands on cross-border and special situation matters, the firm said.
She joins from Simmons & Simmons. Amélie Gorphe and Alexandre Gratio joined as associates.
