Bruno Soares has joined DLA Piper as a partner in the cross-border project finance practice, the firm said Thursday.
Soares has experience advising on banking, projects, M&A, and capital markets transactions in the energy, natural resources, infrastructure, soft commodities, data, and fintech sectors, according to DLA Piper.
He has a focus on Brazil, Latin America, and Africa, said the firm.
