Brian Hamano has joined DLA Piper as partner in the firm’s transactions specialist subgroup within the corporate practice in Los Angeles, the firm said Monday.
Hamano advises clients on the federal income tax aspects of domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity, real estate, life sciences, capital markets, and blockchain transactions, according to DLA Piper.
He previously represented Quad-C Management in its acquisition of Astrix Technology Group and StepStone Group in its acquisition of Greenspring Associates, said the firm.
