Lily Wound has joined DLA Piper as a partner in its corporate practice in the New York office, the firm said Wednesday.
She represents pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and other life sciences companies in commercial, corporate, and licensing transactions, according to DLA Piper.
Wound has handled transactions throughout the product life cycle, said the firm.
