Joel Montin will join DLA Piper as a partner in its regulatory and government affairs practice in Stockholm, Sweden Dec. 1, the firm announced Thursday.
Montin focuses his practice on funding and capital management, investment activities, and legal and regulatory aspects of derivatives and structured products, the firm said.
He advises major financial institutions, investment advisers, and investment banks.
