Joo Kim has joined DLA Piper as a partner with the structured finance practice in New York, the firm said Wednesday.
Kim advises financial institutions and companies in structured finance transactions and securitizations, particularly dealing with the financing of commercial real estate loans, according to DLA Piper.
She works with commercial mortgage loan originators, loan sellers, issuers, and underwriters on the securitizations of commercial mortgage loans and multifamily mortgage loans, DLA Piper said.
