DLA Piper Adds DOJ’s Jonathan Haray as White Collar Partner

Jonathan Haray rejoined DLA Piper as a partner in its white collar, investigations, and government enforcement subgroup within its litigation practice in Washington, the firm announced Feb 11.

Haray joins from the Justice Department, where he was principal assistant deputy chief of the criminal division’s fraud section. At the DOJ, he supervised prosecutors handling corporate and individual cases involving securities and commodities fraud, government procurement fraud, and consumer and regulatory fraud, the firm said.
