DLA Piper Adds Dan Valencia as Patent Litigation Partner in DC

Dan Valencia has joined DLA Piper as a partner with the patent litigation subgroup of the intellectual property and technology practice in Washington, D.C., the firm said Wednesday.

Valencia focuses on patent and other intellectual property disputes in the International Trade Commission, according to DLA Piper.

He served as an investigative attorney in the Office of Unfair Import Investigation and as an attorney in the Office of the General Counsel at the ITC.
