DLA Piper Adds Capital Markets, Public Company Advisory Co-Chair

Joshua A. Kaufman has joined DLA Piper as co-chair of the capital markets and public company advisory practice in New York and Miami, the firm said Monday.

Kaufman advises high-growth businesses on financing pathways, strategic development, and transformational transactions, according to DLA Piper.

He has experience with cross-border matters, public offerings, and private placements, DLA Piper said.
