DLA Piper Adds Andrew Walker as Private Equity Partner in Austin

Andrew Walker has joined DLA Piper as a partner in the private equity practice in Austin, Texas, the firm said Wednesday.

Walker represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and the creation of new business platforms, according to DLA Piper.

He has also served as outside general counsel, DLA Piper said.
