Disney Raises Iger’s Pay by 30%, Reflecting Turnaround in Profit

Walt Disney Co. boosted Chief Executive Officer Bob Iger’s total pay by 30% in fiscal 2024, underscoring his turnaround of the media and entertainment company.

Disney’s CEO earned $41.1 million in the year that ended in September, up from $31.6 million in fiscal 2023, according to a filing Thursday. The increase came primarily in the form of a bigger bonus, along with greater stock and option awards.
