Hope Mehlman has joined Discover as chief legal officer and general counsel as well as a member of the executive committee, the company said Wednesday.
Mehlman previously served at the Bank of the West where she was executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary, according to Discover.
She will lead Discover’s legal organization and manage litigation, legislative, and regulatory affairs, said the company.
