Robert Driscoll and Lee Petro have joined Dickinson Wright as members in the firm’s Washington office, the firm said Wednesday.
Driscoll, a former chief of staff of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division, represents corporations, governmental entities, and individuals in high-stakes criminal, civil, and congressional investigations and in the defense of criminal and civil actions, according to Dickinson.
Petro advises clients before the Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, Congress, and state public utility commissions, and his focuses include regulatory compliance, emerging tech, transactions, and intellectual property, the firm said.
