Dickinson Wright Signs Patterson as Member of Firm’s IP Group

Melissa Patterson has joined Dickinson Wright as a member of its intellectual property practice, the firm said Monday.

Patterson’s practice focuses on patent applications, licensing, and litigation in a range of areas including software, computer and mechanical devices, artificial intelligence and deep/machine learning, robotics, blockchain, and financial networks, according to the firm.

She has prosecuted more than 1,000 US and foreign patent matters, including acting as foreign counsel and working with counterparts in other jurisdictions, the firm said.
