Dentons US chairman Jeff Haidet has left and is now a partner with Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner in Atlanta.
Haidet left Dentons May 19, firm spokeswoman Astrid Egerton-Vernon said. The Atlanta-based corporate law partner had stepped down from the firm’s global board Feb. 1, she said.
Haidet is part of Bryan Cave’s corporate and finance transactions department, according to his Bryan Cave web page. He focuses on commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and industry consolidations, according to the web page.
