Dentons US Adds Two Real Estate Partners in Charleston Office

Ryan Goer and Bryan Walpole joined Dentons US as partners in its real estate practice in Charleston, S.C., the firm said Monday.

Goer and Walpole advise mortgage portfolio lenders, servicers, borrowers, and private and institutional lenders on secured lending matters. Their practice includes loan origination and the servicing of securitized loans, including defeasances, assumptions, modifications, consents and other servicing matters, the firm said.

Charleston is a key hub for supporting clients across an expanding business community, a strong regional talent pool, and industries critical to long-term economic growth, according to the firm.
