Dentons Taps Evan Sherwood as Government Contracts Partner

Evan Sherwood joined Dentons as a partner in its government contracts practice in Washington, the firm announced Monday.

Sherwood represents contractors in disputes involving the Contract Disputes Act, cost accounting standards, cost allowability, and requests for equitable adjustment. His practice covers compliance and contract formation issues, including procurement integrity, data rights, mandatory disclosure, bid protests, conflicts of interest, ethics, commercial products and services, and other transaction agreements, the firm said.
