Dentons Recruits Peter Bekker as Commercial Litigation Partner

Peter Bekker joined Dentons as a partner in its commercial litigation practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Bekker handles major arbitration matters across industries, particularly in the banking and energy sectors, the firm said. He advises clients on treaty law, state responsibility, jurisdictional immunity, enforcement and expropriation, and he has represented private and sovereign parties and state-owned entities before domestic and international tribunals.
