Dentons Recruits Fintech and Digital Assets Partner in New York

Cameron Kates joined Dentons as a partner in its corporate practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Kates advises technology companies, investors, and financial institutions on commercial and corporate transactions, product development, and regulatory questions. He has particular depth in fintech, digital assets, and AI, and maintains a product counseling practice where he works with companies as they design, develop, and bring products to market, the firm said.

He joins from Yuga Labs, where his roles included chief legal officer, according to his LinkedIn profile.
