Edmund Burke has joined Dentons LLP as an employment partner in Brisbane, Australia, the firm said Monday.
Burke has experience dealing with employee misconduct investigations, discrimination, workplace and sexual harassment, and dismissal, according to Dentons.
He has also defended companies, individuals, and local councils for alleged non-compliance with the Work Health and Safety Act and safety incidents that resulted in employee injuries, Dentons said.
