Dentons Lands Groel as Capital Markets Partner in Los Angeles

Penny Groel has rejoined Dentons as a capital markets partner in its Los Angeles office, the firm said Wednesday.

Groel’s practice includes agency and trust, structured finance, corporate and securities law, with a focus on collateralized loan obligation transactions, whole business transactions, esoteric financings, and asset and mortgage-backed securitizations, according to the firm.

She has represented trustees, securities administrators, underwriters, issuers and institutional investors, the firm said.
