Warren Margolies has joined Dentons’ Washington office as a partner with its real estate practice, the firm said Wednesday.
Margolies offers clients more than 10 years of transactional experience in the commercial real estate sector, with a focus on commercial leasing.
He drafts and negotiates office, retail and hospitality leases on behalf of local and national organizations, developers and institutional owners, and represents both landlords and tenants, the firm said.
