Michael Rennock has joined Dentons LLP as a partner in the venture technology and emerging growth companies practice in the New York Meatpacking office, the firm said Tuesday.
Rennock maintains experience in M&A, securities offerings, IPOs and secondary offerings, corporate governance, and private equity and venture capital matters, according to Dentons.
His clients include those in the technology, cryptocurrency, defense, energy, and healthcare industries, said the firm.
