Wasiu Omotoso has joined Dentons LLP as a partner in the infrastructure and public-private partnerships group in Toronto, Canada, the firm said Monday.
Omotoso represents clients on the development, procurement, and financing of infrastructure, energy, and construction projects, according to Dentons.
He has worked on public-private partnerships, design-build, construction management, design-bid-build, alliance, and other collaborative contracting structures, Dentons said.
