Andrew J. Callahan and Robert Scheininger have joined Dentons LLP as partners with the corporate practice in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
They have experience with secondary market trading, distressed investing, and special situations, according to Dentons.
Their clients include investment banks, broker-dealers, hedge funds, private equity firms, and other financial institutions, Dentons said.
