Dentons Adds Van Durrer as Bankruptcy Partner in Los Angeles

Van Durrer joined Dentons as a partner in its restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy practice in Los Angeles, the firm announced Monday.

Durrer represents public and private companies, major secured creditors, official and unofficial committees of unsecured creditors, investors, and asset-purchasers in troubled company mergers and acquisitions, financings, and restructuring transactions, the firm said.

He advises clients in industries including financial services, retail, hospitality, gaming, real estate, entertainment, energy, health care, manufacturing, logistics, and telecommunications.
