Dentons Adds Technology Partner LiLing Poh in Silicon Valley

LiLing Poh has joined Dentons as a partner in the venture technology and emerging growth companies practice in its Silicon Valley, Calif., office, the firm said Monday.

Poh has guided first-time investors, corporate venture capital groups, and international corporations in debt and equity financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures, according to Dentons.

She focuses on corporate strategic investing and representing large corporations that invest in innovation, said the firm.
