Dentons Adds Morgan Stanley’s Calandra to Capital Markets Team

Michael Calandra has re-joined Dentons as a partner in its capital markets practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Calandra brings more than 20 years of capital markets experience, most recently serving in-house at an investment bank where he advised on structured finance and capital markets transactions. His practice focuses on residential warehouse lending, RMBS issuance and underwriting, single-family rental financing and commercial repos, the firm said.

He was most recently an executive director at Morgan Stanley, according to the Dentons website.
