Dentons Adds Hwu to Venture Technology, Emerging Companies Team

Jackson Hwu has joined Dentons LLP with the venture technology and emerging growth companies practice in Miami, the firm said Thursday.

Hwu advises high-potential start-ups, emerging growth companies, and venture funds with a focus on Brazil and Latin America, according to Dentons.

His experience includes venture finance, M&A, commercial, and governance matters, and he guides international companies establishing their operations in the US market, Dentons said.
