Maria Hera joined Dentons as a partner in its hospitality and leisure practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Hera’s practice focuses on the financing, development and construction of hospitality and other commercial real estate assets. She advises owners, sponsors and lenders on acquisition financings, construction loans, refinancings and recapitalizations, the firm said.
She joins from Sidley Austin, according to her LinkedIn profile.
